1. Who is the controller of your personal data?

2. What personal data do we process?
We process only the personal data necessary to provide you with our services, individual products and customer support, to fulfil our legal obligations, and to protect our legitimate interests. We collect personal data of people who are interested in our services or who have given us consent to be contacted with offers of products and services.
You can visit the SEAL IT Services, s.r.o. website without us identifying you or you revealing any information about yourself. For technical reasons, our servers collect IP addresses that allow you to connect to our website and to view it correctly.
If we need to obtain personal data from you for a specific purpose (e.g. so that we can provide information you requested), we will always inform you of this in advance through the contact forms on our website.

You are not obliged to provide us with personal data, but it is necessary for the performance of a contract concluded with you or your company. If you do not provide this data, we will not be able to deliver the requested service. Where processing is based on consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time without any adverse effect on your relationship with us.
4. Security and retention of data
To protect your data against unauthorised persons and unlawful processing, loss, destruction and damage, we use strict physical, electronic and organisational security measures (including an ISO 27001-certified information security management system). We retain data for as long as necessary for the given purpose, and thereafter for as long as required by law.
5. Withdrawing consent
You can withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal — contact us via the online form or by email at info@sealit.sk.
6. Your rights
You have the right to find out what personal data we hold about you, and to request its correction, deletion, or restriction of processing, or to object to processing. You also have the right to data portability to another controller of your choice. Statutory exceptions apply to the exercise of certain rights.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Slovak Office for Personal Data Protection: dataprotection.gov.sk/uoou.
7. Exercising your rights and fees
You can exercise your rights by filling in the online form or by email. Handling requests is free of charge; for manifestly unfounded or repetitive requests, we are entitled to charge a reasonable fee covering our administrative costs.
8. Who can access your data?
Access is available to the controller, its employees, and contracted processors (in particular IT service providers, courier and shipping companies). We have a data processing agreement in place with all processors, and they are bound by confidentiality in accordance with applicable Slovak legislation.
9. Legal framework
Charter of Fundamental Rights of the EU; Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR); Constitution of the Slovak Republic; Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the Protection of Personal Data, as amended.
10. Profiling and transfer of data outside the EU
We do not use profiling, and we do not transfer personal data to third countries for which there is no European Commission adequacy decision.
11. Cookie usage policy
While browsing our website, cookies — small text files that let us distinguish you from other visitors and make the site easier to use — are stored on your device.
Session (temporary) cookies are automatically deleted when you close your browser. Persistent cookies retain information between visits (e.g. site language, mobile version, font size, form data) and have a lifespan ranging from a few minutes to several years.
